The Friends of Bay City State Park, a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 1995, is dedicated to environmental education, recreation and preserving the natural beauty of Bay City State Park.
We're community members and nature enthusiasts who raise funds, secure grants, and create programs to keep Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh vibrant for generations to come.
What We Do
While the DNR provides the park with more than 2,800 acres of beautiful wooded and marsh recreational land, a swimming beach, and more than 190 campsites, the Friends provide extras such as:
