Wildlife Carving Contest

Presented by Saginaw Bay Decoy Carvers

Entries may be of any Michigan Wildlife in the following categories: 

       
Decorative Decoys
        Michigan Wildlife
        Great Lake Fish
        Michigan Birds

There will a
Masters and Amateur level in each category
                                    
The judging will be done by park visitors up until 10AM on Sunday.  Each visitor will be allowed to vote for one carving in each category which best awakes in them the beauty and value of wetland wildlife.
    
Prizes:
First place:  Duck Stamp Limited Edition Print & Ribbon
Second place: Souvenir Collectible Duck Stamp & Ribbon
Third place:  Souvenir Collectible Duck Stamp & Ribbon
*Ribbons will be awarded to each carving category by 2 PM Sunday.

All carvings must be delivered to the Saginaw Bay Visitor Center Friday, July 31st, 2pm-6pm.   
All Carvings can be picked up and taken by the owner after the festival on Sunday (after 4pm).
